We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our company's growth strategy, developing and implementing innovative prospecting techniques while fostering a high-performing team culture.
???? What will the role be about
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and generating leads.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Negotiate and close deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
* Present company products and services to prospective clients, showcasing their value and addressing their needs.
* Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals to internal stakeholders and executives.
???? Who are we looking for (must have / nice to have)
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the industry.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and market research tools.
* Fluency in English and other languages such as French is a plus.
* Valid Driving License is essential.
