The successful candidate will bring strong experience in the life and pensions industry, including sales processes and systems, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities Deliver sales support and branch administration, ensuring work is completed to required standards and resourced to meet demand.Support advisors with business queries, systems, product knowledge, and processes.Build strong internal relationships and liaise with relevant Life departments as needed.Partner with branch management to monitor service levels and identify additional support needs; provide feedback on advisor engagement and collaboration.Identify sales team training needs with Sales Management; deliver training modules where required and coordinate with the Training & Development team.Manage business quality and pipeline activity within the branch.Oversee compliance requirements and procedures (including MCC and CPC), ensuring full adherence across the branch.Analyse sales and business processes to identify improvements, reporting recommendations to the Head of Training & Development.Qualifications & Experience: Solid experience within the life and pensions industry.Supervisory/leadership experience desirable.Minimum qualification: QFA; Familiarity with CPC, GDPR, MCC and related customer protection regulations.Working knowledge of industry systems and service processes.Skills & Capabilities: Leads by example and sets high standards for customer care.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Confident communicator, able to support staff and engage effectively with advisors and colleagues.Able to interpret MI and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
