New Business Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional advice on Car and Home Insurance products.
2. Handle new business inquiries and process quotations.
3. Evaluate client requirements and offer tailored cover solutions.
Existing Business Responsibilities:
4. Deliver exceptional service and advice to existing clients, especially during renewals of motor and home policies.
5. Issue and amend Car or Home renewals.
6. Manage Mid-Term adjustments, queries, and administrative duties to meet clients' insurance needs.
Team Collaboration:
7. Build strong relationships across all teams, working collaboratively to achieve targets and objectives.
Compliance:
8. Ensure all compliance standards are met throughout all processes.
Requirements:
9. 12 to 18 months of experience handling car or home insurance inquiries for new or existing customers.
10. Hold an Approved Product Adviser (APA) qualification in Personal General Insurance and/or have made progress towards achieving a CIP qualification.
11. Demonstrate energy, drive, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
