Job Title: HR Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage HR administration, including resourcing, onboarding, and processing status changes within the organisation.
* Support end-to-end talent acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Provide HR advice to internal stakeholders, address inquiries, offer guidance, and facilitate effective communication.
* Assist in HR-wide initiatives, including projects.
* Coordinate and deliver training interventions.
* Support line managers with performance management, absence management, problem-solving, and engagement.
* Maintain excellent relationships with managers and colleagues.
* Manage HR software systems and annual leave schedules throughout the organisation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is essential.
* Previous experience in an HR role is required.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, high level of care, and discretion are necessary.
Duration: 9-month fixed-term contract based in Dublin city centre.
