Maintenance Scheduler Role
This critical role ensures the reliability, efficiency and compliance of maintenance operations across all disciplines.
The Maintenance Scheduler plays a key liaison between teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks. They develop and manage detailed schedules in compliance with regulatory standards.
Description of Duties:
* Schedule and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with planners, technicians and vendors to ensure resources are available.
* Maintain and update job plans to reflect current procedures.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety enhancements.
* Ensure all maintenance activities are recorded and audit-ready.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
* Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve maintenance issues.
* Flexibility to support other areas within the team.
Requirements:
* FETAC Level 6 or equivalent in an E&I or Mechanical discipline.
* 3+ years Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Med Device industry experience in a maintenance role.
* Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling tools (e.g., CMMS).
Key Skills:
* Ms Office Suite advanced
* CMMS experience essential
Working Hours:
This is an onsite role Monday to Friday.
