About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant/ Practice Executive to provide high-level support to our Partners, Associate Director, and Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide seamless diary and inbox management for senior stakeholders, coordinating complex schedules, meetings, and travel across global time zones.
* Plan and deliver accurate, high-quality work while managing competing deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
* Prepare professional documentation including agendas, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Manage internal and external communications, prioritising and responding to emails, calls, and post on behalf of stakeholders.
* Support business development initiatives, including coordinating international client visits, maintaining CRM data, producing pitches, and updating credentials.
* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Organise and manage events, lunches, dinners, and global visits-ensuring every detail, from dietary requirements to logistics, is handled efficiently.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of practice area developments and firm policies, contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
* Actively participate in team meetings, firm initiatives, and development activities, while taking ownership of your own learning and growth.

The Person We Are Looking For
* At least 5 years' experience supporting senior leaders (Partners or C-suite) in a professional services environment - legal sector experience is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, big-picture approach to supporting stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
* A natural sense of business awareness - able to understand priorities and make sound decisions when needed.
* Outstanding organisation and time management, with the ability to stay ahead, juggle tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Client-focused and solutions-driven, with great judgement and problem-solving skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) at an intermediate level; basic knowledge of Visio.
