Job Overview: The Sr Manager- FP&A will be based in Ireland supporting the Ireland leadership team and will be a key resource in reporting and providing critical analyses for leadership.
This individual will develop an in-depth knowledge of the business areas supported, will drive key process improvement strategies and will also be an integral part of the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities: Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning: Responsible for preparing reports and analysis for monthly close reviews with site leadership team as well as our R&D function, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variances.
Collaborate with Finance, Tax and Legal to prepare the overall forecast for Irish legal entities and the appropriate profitability split across various workstreams.
Support key functions in preparing their detailed cost center budget and forecasting plans for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles; Develop and report on key performance metrics and analytics to influence effective decision making and achieving business top-line and Operating Income growth plan; Support grant submissions and claims as needed.
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to collate and present accurate information.
Decision Support: Provides value-added analytics to improve enterprise financial performance; Build new reporting insights to support business development and new strategic initiatives.
Engage with and review business cases for new products and flavors.
Expertise to enable the team to effectively execute on the procurement strategy.
Drive Process Improvement: Challenge the status quo! You will challenge processes that have been in place, build new process improvement strategies and implement robust scalable processes for the future.
Support the design and build of new forecasting processes and tools, build new dashboards to support management review of KPIs leveraging Power BI or other similar tools.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
Fully qualified accountant.
8 + years of relevant finance experience.
Financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and building financial models.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Ability to build detailed financial models in excel and other modelling tools.
Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms (SAP, IBM Planning Analytics a plus).
