Incident Prevention Specialist
This is a hands-on role suitable for someone with background in investigations, insurance claims, transport operations or incident management. If you have experience in any of the following areas; this could be the one for you:

* driver behavior and road risks
The purpose of this role is to assist the Risk Management team in reducing incidents involving drivers and vehicles, conducting investigations and supporting safety initiatives that improve day-to-day operations.
Key skills required for this position include:
* Transport and Logistics: vehicle incidents, driver behavior, route risks and operational safety
* Insurance and Claims: motor/road traffic claims handlers, loss adjusters, field-based investigators
* Health and Safety: risk assessments, hazard identification, root cause analysis
* Aviation Ground Operations/Rail Operations: incident investigation and operational risk management
Responsibilities:
Incident Response & Investigation
* Attend incident scenes when required and gather information.
* Conduct factual investigations and prepare clear reports.
* Identify driver-related or route-specific issues and highlight areas for improvement.
* Support the reduction of incidents involving incident-prone drivers.
Risk Assessment & Compliance
* Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
* Develop and implement control measures to mitigate risks.
* Monitor and report on compliance with company policies and procedures.
Safety Support & Training
* Deliver incident management training to new employees.
* Support ongoing safety campaigns and operational improvement initiatives.
* Develop and implement safety documentation and reporting systems.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build positive working relationships with employees, supervisors and external partners.
* Represent the company at industry forums and meetings.
* Support anti-social behavior initiatives and prepare for internal meetings.
