The Role of a Vehicle Parts Advisor
A Vehicle Parts Advisor is responsible for taking orders for car parts over the telephone and counter, with a focus on upselling to increase invoice value. This involves proactive outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales. Building long-term rapport with local customers is also essential, as well as actively promoting offers, discounts and customer competitions.
To limit credits and returns, it's crucial to order and send the right car parts, first time.
Responsibilities:
