You'll be the go-to resource for troubleshooting, managing IT assets, and ensuring a smooth technology experience across the office.This role is hybrid with a strong focus on on-site support and requires someone proactive, approachable, and adaptable who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide IT support for Mac OS, Windows, hardware, software, and network issues.Act as a visible, approachable presence on-site, resolving issues quickly and effectively.Manage IT assets: ordering, tracking, and organising hardware and peripherals.Support and maintain meeting rooms, AV systems, and company events.Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as needed.Contribute to IT process improvements and clear documentation.Skills & QualificationsExperience delivering 1st- and 2nd-level IT support in a professional environment.Strong knowledge of Mac OS; working knowledge of Windows systems.Familiarity with IT ticketing tools, asset management, and troubleshooting practices.Experience with AV systems and conferencing tools.Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.Highly proactive, organised, and adaptable, with a commitment to on-site support.Apply Now
