Commercial Deal Desk Analyst (SaaS / Sales Operations)
We are partnering with a global technology organisation to hire a Commercial Deal Desk Analyst to support a high-performing sales function across EMEA.
This is a commercially focused role sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal, responsible for structuring complex SaaS deals and driving revenue execution.
The Role
Partner directly with sales teams to structure commercially viable and compliant deals
Own the deal approval lifecycle, ensuring speed and accuracy in execution
Draft and review customer agreements, ensuring alignment with revenue recognition policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Revenue Assurance, and Order Management
Support quarter-end deal flow and pipeline acceleration
Drive process improvements across deal structuring and approvals
Provide visibility on in-quarter deal status to leadership
What They’re Looking For
3-5+ years' experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Sales Finance within a SaaS or tech environment
Strong experience structuring complex deals (subscriptions, licensing, services)
Proven ability to work with Sales, Legal, and Finance stakeholders
Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools
Strong commercial judgement and ability to challenge sales where required
High attention to detail with the ability to operate under pressure
