Job Description:
This is a senior leadership role that requires an experienced and dynamic individual to oversee all operations across assigned stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of performance, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, margin, waste, and labour control.
* Collaborate with store management teams to meet and exceed KPI targets.
* Lead, coach and develop store teams to deliver Retail Excellence and uphold company values.
* Support stores in achieving I-CARE Service Excellence standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Take ownership of stock management and procurement, ensuring stock levels, waste control and supplier relationships are efficiently managed.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety, and employment legislation.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior retail management role, ideally in grocery or FMCG.
* Proven ability to manage and develop people across multiple locations.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
* Confident in interpreting and acting upon detailed business reports and KPIs.
* Flexible and willing to travel regularly within the region.
* In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and retail operational procedures.
