Financial Support Specialist
This is a fixed-term 12-month contract role. The Financial Support Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of key projects within the Global Sourcing division.
The Role:
* Provide dedicated financial support to finance and project teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
This includes collaborating on robust financial analysis, performing reconciliations across multiple systems, investigating discrepancies between reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the preparation and review of monthly management accounts, forecasts, variance analysis for business units
2. Maintain data integrity across multiple financial systems simultaneously
3. Analyse large volumes of data using Excel proficiency; attention to detail essential
Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent), strong analytical skills ability to work effectively under time pressure high level proficiency in Excel written oral communication.
