Responsible for planning, developing, benchmarking, and managing overall administration of EMEA employee benefits and wellness programs, including health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, perks & allowances, time off, leave programs, and compliance. This role will focus on Ireland, Spain, East & North Europe countries.
Responsibilities
* Prepare analysis, cost modelling, presentations, and plan design recommendations on EMEA country benefits programs
* Manage vendors and renewal/contract processes ensuring benefits are consistent with our global benefits philosophy, market competitive, and legally compliant
* Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver a best-in-class benefits and experience
* Partner with People Service, Payroll, and Finance teams to establish and improve benefits administration processes, focusing on optimization and scalability through tools, technology, and automation
* Ensure timely premium payments and accuracy of premium calculations, accruals, and deductions
* Participate in regional or global projects such as M&A due diligence and integration activities
* Conduct training and information sessions to improve understanding of our benefits strategy, philosophy, and programs
* Actively participate in vendor and network meetings, surveys, and activities to grow and strengthen networks
* Participate in regional benefits surveys, evaluate data, and design programs to meet Autodesk and employee needs
* Analyze and update policies and plans, considering industry practices and trends to establish competitive benefits programs aligned with company strategy and rewards philosophy
Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years of EMEA benefits COE experience with expert knowledge of EMEA benefits practices and market trends, preferably in a high-tech multinational company with experience in East and North Europe
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly and logically
* Strong ability to influence, problem-solve, and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
* Experience in program and vendor management
* Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Willingness to embrace change, self-motivated, proactive learner
* Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and online benefits portals such as Darwin
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Proficient in English, both oral and written
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR
