Senior Quantity Surveyor Position
A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Nenagh, North Tipperary.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of a major 300+ unit housing development. Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and reviewing project budgets and financial forecasts;
* Oversight of tendering, procurement, and subcontractor package management for residential construction works;
* Maintenance of accurate cost control through close liaison with the Project Manager, Site Team, subcontractors, and suppliers;
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline;
2. a strong understanding of budgeting processes and contract administration;
