AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are hiring an Account Manager on behalf of our client, a leading marketing agency based in Co. Kildare. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both from office and remotely, ensuring a work-life balance that promotes productivity and creativity.
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing platforms & campaigns that meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison between clients and the agency, understanding their needs and ensuring projects align with their goals.
* Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
* Budget Oversight: Manage client budgets effectively, providing regular updates and ensuring financial accountability.
* Performance Monitoring: Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, and content teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in account management within a marketing or advertising agency.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital and traditional channels.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
* Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
