Role Description:
A well-established architectural practice in Cork is looking for an architect to support the delivery of complex healthcare and specialist projects. The successful candidate will join an existing team at the delivery stage and handle architectural coordination through construction and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support architectural delivery of live projects.
* Coordinate architectural information with contractors and consultants.
* Collaborate with senior team members and technical staff.
* Ensure compliance with technical, statutory, and contractual requirements.
* Contribute to design resolution and problem-solving during the construction stage.
Candidate Profile:
* Qualifications:
Professionally qualified architect (or recently qualified).
* Experience:
Typically several years of post-graduate experience.
* Technical Skills:
Experience in delivering complex building projects and a strong technical understanding of building coordination.
* Sector Knowledge:
Exposure to healthcare, medical, or similarly regulated sectors is advantageous.
* Teamwork:
Comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams.
