We are expanding our team and are seeking detail-oriented, language-focused professionals to join us in supporting world-leading consumer electronics products. You will play a critical role in ensuring that software products meet the highest linguistic and functional standards for your native language market.
The Role
You will be responsible for validating the linguistic and functional quality of a wide range of products, including software, hardware interfaces, documentation, and user-facing content.
Working within a collaborative international environment, you will contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform localisation testing on software applications, printed materials, help documentation, and hardware interfaces.
* Identify, document, and track issues using internal bug-tracking tools, ensuring clear and actionable reporting through to resolution.
* Analyse internationalisation and functionality issues affecting global markets.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with software QA teams, engineers, translators, and project managers to deliver high-quality releases.
* Contribute ideas and feedback to improve testing processes and product quality.
* Support additional quality-related tasks as required.
Additional Responsibilities (Depending on Experience)
* Design and execute structured manual test plans.
* Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
* Contribute to test automation using technologies such as Swift, Objective-C, Python, Ruby, or other relevant programming languages.
* Conduct technical reviews to identify automation opportunities and improve test efficiency.
What We're Looking For
* Native-level fluency in the required language with strong linguistic knowledge.
* Experience in software localisation and/or internationalisation testing.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* High attention to detail and a passion for quality.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* A proactive mindset and curiosity for identifying issues to improve product performance.
