This role focuses on agency relationship management and revenue growth. You'll be working closely with digital marketing agencies and their clients, supporting them in scaling their advertising efforts and improving results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with agency partners
* Onboard new partners and drive long-term growth
* Consult on campaign performance and optimisation
* Analyse data to provide strategic recommendations
* Educate clients on platform features and best practices
* Collaborate internally to improve service delivery
Ideal Background:
* 1+ year in digital marketing, agency sales, or account management
* Strong knowledge of online ad platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
* Consultative sales approach with strong communication skills
* CRM experience (Salesforce a plus), G Suite or MS Office
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Role 2: French Client Success Manager – Digital Marketing
This role is all about client portfolio management and campaign performance. You’ll work directly with advertisers, using performance data to improve campaigns and drive results, while acting as the main point of contact for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of new and existing advertisers
* Provide strategic insights based on campaign performance
* Drive upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities
* Troubleshoot and optimise digital ad campaigns
* Guide clients on best practices and new platform features
* Monitor metrics like CPA, ROAS, ROI, and CPC
Ideal Background:
* 1+ year managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, Snapchat, etc.
* Experience in client success, account management, or sales
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs
* Passion for innovation, data, and digital growth
