Job Description:
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Agri Automate, a fast-growing De Laval dealership in milking equipment.
As part of our Midlands-based operation, you will bring years of industry experience and help build a talented team that shares our values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate revenue and find new customers
* Follow assigned routes in the outlined region
* Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to new and existing customers
* Grow sales of De Laval aftermarket range in the area
* Build long-term partnerships with dairy farmers
* Fulfill targets and budgets
* Provide technical expertise and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
* Conduct market research to be aware of competitor offerings and strategies
* Represent the De Laval brand effectively
Requirements:
* Generating revenue & finding new customers
* Sales and economic knowledge
* Basic Dairy farm understanding
* Relevant work experience
* Good people skills
* Good communication skills
* Able to build strong relationships/partnerships
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills
* Structured and well-organized
* Good English, Math and IT skills
* Must possess a full Irish/European driver's license
* Ideally category C drivers license, CPC & Tachograph Driver Card although full training will be provided
* Knowledge of De Laval solutions would be an advantage
