These are all described in your Carer Guidebook and in induction training.You will provide support and cover for each other, give each other feedback, and celebrate successes as well.You will have a Buddy, and you are supported by a Care Coordinator too.With your team you will have responsibility for setting the team's schedules, with support from the Care CoordinatorKeep all information up-to-date, and be professional about record keeping and reporting incidents and observations.Be respectful of people's homes, possessions, and any equipment.Keep learning and developing individually and as a team so we can keep improving how we work and grow together.You are able to work one Saturday and Sunday every 4 weeks on rotation with your teamSchedule:FlexitimeMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availability
