Job Description:
* We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead our project team in Dublin. As Senior Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the cost of projects from inception through to completion.
* You will provide cost advice to clients and design teams on pre-contract documents, as well as post-contract functions including interim recommendations, cost reporting, client meetings and final account reconciliations on diverse projects.
* In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to train and develop junior quantity surveyors within your team structure.
