We're seeking a Product Genius to be the ultimate expert on the BMW vehicle suite.
This is a role focused entirely on customer experience, demonstration, and building brand loyalty.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the main responsibilities & objectives for the role will include.
Objectives of the Post: Inspire and excite customers in the dealership with in-depth product information and insight.
Promote the unique selling points of BMW products and their customer benefits.
Offer exceptional customer service by using non-pressured customer discussion.
Main Duties: Keeping up to date with the latest product information.
Be a BMW Brand Ambassador.
Work collaboratively with the Sales Team by providing on-demand technical expertise that helps inform the customer's buying decision.
Planning and managing the customer test drive process with the Sales Executive and offering product insight during the test drive appointment.
Responsible for the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of demo cars are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers.
Pro-actively approaching customers in the showroom to welcome them and see if they need help.
Handle the final product handover/delivery, ensuring the customer is fully comfortable and understands all features and settings before they leave.
Assist the Service Department by troubleshooting and clarifying customer technical issues.
