Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across various sectors.
* Handle renewals, mid‑term adjustments, and new business quotations efficiently and accurately.
* Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and resolve client queries promptly.
* Prepare and issue policy documentation, certificates, and schedules in line with company and compliance standards.
* Provide professional advice to clients on appropriate insurance coverages and risk management solutions.
* Support Account Executives with client presentations and account reviews.
* Deliver an exceptional level of client service in line with company standards and FCA/Central Bank regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial insurance role.
* Strong technical knowledge across key commercial lines (e.g., Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, PI, Cyber).
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* Proven ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.
* Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance broking system Relay.
* Team‑oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
