An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Sales Team at EHL Experiences
The Sales & Reservations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, managing demand, and maximising covers across two of Dublin's busiest and most prestigious restaurants - FIRE Steakhouse & Bar and SOLE Seafood & Grill.
This is a hands-on management role combining strategic sales activity with day-to-day reservations management, team development, and relationship building across the luxury, corporate, and private dining markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive proactive sales to grow new and existing business across both restaurants, achieving weekly and monthly revenue and cover targets
* Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, producing regular performance reports and insights
* Develop and manage relationships with luxury travel agents, DMCs, corporate clients, and key partners
* Actively generate and manage group and private dining business, representing the restaurants at industry and networking events
* Manage the full group sales cycle, including enquiries, quoting, follow-up, site visits, confirmations, invoicing, and payments, ensuring profitability
* Collaborate with Operations and Culinary teams to deliver tailored group and event experiences
* Oversee reservations strategy and systems, including availability, pacing, booking controls, and OpenTable configuration to maximise revenue and guest experience
* Lead, train, and develop the Sales & Reservations team, including rostering, performance management, and coaching
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Culinary teams to align strategy and ensure seamless delivery of service
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2+ years in a Sales & Reservations role within a high-volume, premium hospitality environment is essential
* Prior experience managing a team of 5+ and/or strong leadership skills is essential
* Strong understanding of group sales, private dining, and corporate business in the Dublin market
* Experience using OpenTable or similar reservations platforms
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and forecasting skills
* Strong leadership and people management capabilities
* Confident communicator with the ability to build long-term client relationships
* Commercially driven with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
* A fiercely proactive and can-do attitude
