Overview
The role is to be the face of Elizabeth Arden counter, ensuring exemplary customer service and product knowledge delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage, motivate, and develop the team to achieve the accounts business plan and targets.
Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge on the counter daily.
Promote the brand and build business, leveraging opportunities to drive KPIs and profitability.
Create new business insights turned into plans and actions.
Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in delivering high quality customer service within beauty/skincare.
Passion for beauty and skincare.
Ability to motivate others, coach, support and develop a team.
Excellent communication skills and ability to set ambitious goals.
Strong management and interpersonal skills.
