The ideal candidate will possess a recognised Level 8 Social Care qualification, accompanied by management experience. Five years direct experience of working in residential childcare, managing services to vulnerable children and young people is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a dynamic and hardworking team to deliver high-quality care to children and young people in need.
* Leading the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
* Coordinating with external partners to ensure seamless transitions for residents.
* Monitoring and reporting on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Developing and implementing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* A full clean driving license.
* Strong communication and report writing skills.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
