Your Role as Assistant Site Manager
You will assist the site manager to ensure smooth store operations and exceed customer service expectations. Your responsibilities include engaging potential customers, presenting unlimited car wash packages, upselling products, and more:
* Maintain high-quality daily store operations.
* Lead with integrity and foster respectful accountability.
* Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
* Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
* Manage labor and staff scheduling effectively.
* Monitor and control expenses related to chemicals, utilities, etc.
* Conduct quality assurance through quality control checks.
* Follow cash management procedures, including reconciliations and deposits.
* Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
* Ensure safety protocols and standard operating procedures are followed.
* Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
* Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge.
* Participate in educational and training opportunities.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
* At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
* Basic IT skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
* Flexible availability, including weekends.
* Strong verbal communication skills.
* Ability to follow clear instructions.
* Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
* Ability to coach, mentor, and train staff.
* Maintain a professional appearance.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
* Stand and move throughout the site for entire shifts.
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Lift up to 25 lbs.
