Cost Manager - Infrastructure Programme Dublin / Hybrid (3 days on site) As Cost Manager you will play a leading support role in the delivery of a five year Infrastructure Programme of Work. Supporting the Project Management Team in the delivery of a significant budget, you will be based in the Dublin Project Site Offices 3 days per week with hybrid 'wfh' 2 days per week. Using NEC suite of contracts you will ensure contract compliance and provide effective commercial management across the programme, including cost control, forecasting, change management and reporting. You will play a key role in supporting informed decision-making, managing risk and value, and ensuring the programme is delivered in line with budgetary, contractual and governance requirements. Key responsibilities: Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities; Assist in the delivery of cost management commissions, supporting the successful completion of projects. Work collaboratively with other Surveyors to provide high-quality cost management services across team projects. Support and learn from senior team members, contributing to a positive and professional team environment. Develop strong reciprocal relationships with consultants and members of the project team. Be an interface with clients and design team members on specific projects. Manage the delivery of cost management team outputs on allocated projects, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards. Candidate Requirements: To be considered for this Cost Manager - Infrastructure role, you will need to demonstrate the following: You should be degree qualified with at least 7 - 10 years post graduate experience, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management On the Statutory Register of Quantity Surveyors in Ireland and preferably Chartered Quantity Surveying Status with the RICS or SCSI. Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilise digital measurement, cost planning, and tender document tools shall be essential.
