Key Responsibilities Visiting client sites on agreed scheduled basis in accordance with client management plan.
Monitoring (Quality) standards to ensure operating model is in accordance with cleaning standards and expectation (specification) - Quality Auditing (CT)Following up any client concerns Completing ISO and HSEQ documentation & forwarding Monitoring the storage & security of cleaning equipment and materials Monitoring staff performance and standards - identifying training & development requirements, e Learning - escalating as required.
Completing face to face mandatory checks and induction of staff to include employee sign up.
Managing Payroll for staff Completing on site induction and training of new staff - machinery, colour coding, COSHHRequirements Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
