Walsh & Partners Solicitors LLP is a general practice firm with offices in Cork City and Midleton. They are currently seeking an experienced General Practice Solicitor to join their busy team due to continued expansion. This role is a permanent position and will be based in their Cork office.The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ post qualification experience and have the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload. The successful candidate will deal extensively with all types of private client transactions including drafting of wills, estate administration alongside residential and commercial property, sales, purchases and refinances and Circuit and High Court litigation.The ideal candidate will:- Be familiar with case management systems; Experience with Keyhouse would be an advantage;- Ability to manage a busy caseload with an attention to detail and client focused;- Be a self-starter, with sound judgment and the ability to work with minimal direction- Work effectively within a small, collaborative team.
