Job Description & RequirementsManager Retail Trade:Responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations at a store to make sure that employees worktogether effectively to make sales and contribute to shop upkeepSupervise, train and assist employees like Sales Representatives and Retail Store Clerks in customer service,store maintenance and product promotions.Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales and othercycles. Planning and Assisting for Road Shows.Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact withsuppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.Maintain contact with Global Chain suppliers, arrange shipment and ensure the safe delivery of goods to the store. Reconcile the goods arrived with packing list and Invoice to ensure the cost of goods and quantity inorder.Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.Handle and provide outstanding customer service and arranging for Home Delivery Services.Regular audit to track progress of Retail and Online sales and to determine areas of Improvement.E-commerce ManagementMarketing Responsibilities:Identifying industry trends and incorporating new ideas into marketing strategyDeveloping, managing, and executing quarterly or annual marketing plan (for the entire marketing department or your specialized area)Defining and/or updating the key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to marketing efforts, tracking success towards those goals, and providing accurate stakeholder updatesConducting market researchManaging the company’s public relations effortsOverseeing a company’s marketing activities and brand awareness including the overall outreach strategy and training a team of Marketing Executives.Requirments:1.
