Physiotherapist Leadership Role

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Work collaboratively with medical teams to achieve optimal patient care and rehabilitation.
* Manage complex patient cases, ensuring high standards of clinical care and effective discharge planning.
* Provide education and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain a proactive approach to care, responding to changing departmental needs and priorities.
Requirements:
* Professional registration with CORU is essential.
* Substantial experience in acute medical care, including areas such as respiratory, neurology, cardiology, elderly care, and rheumatology.
* Experience in ICU and leadership roles is highly desirable.
* Post-graduate courses or CPD relevant to acute medical conditions are recommended.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
* Flexibility to cover shifts as required.
* Eligibility to work within the EU is mandatory.
