Responsibilities
Support application services and implement software upgrades
Write and execute SQL queries; manage BI dashboards
Monitor system health, resolve production issues, and meet SLAs
Maintain coding standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Implement secure logging, audit trails, and role-based access controls
Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; support CSV activities
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in a similar support role
Strong knowledge of SQL, BI reporting, and software upgrade processes
Experience in regulated industries (biopharma, healthcare, medical device, etc.)
Familiarity with validation documentation (URS, FS/DS, test plans, traceability)
Experience implementing secure controls (RBAC, logging, audit trails)
Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
Candidate must be based in Ireland and have a stamp 4/ EU Passport
