Clean Utilities Manager - A high-profile opportunity to work in Ireland's leading aseptic manufacturing plant.
This role involves managing tie-ins and IV executions during shutdown works, as well as integration of building expansions, including HVAC, clean utilities, and system networks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the C&Q activities associated with the capital project are completed safely, as per schedule and in compliance with GMP and Quality Requirements.
Key responsibilities include commissioning & qualification of clean utility systems/facility and process equipment, generation of all C&Q test documents, and provision of technical assistance during investigations and system design.
A well-rounded engineer with adaptability across systems and departments is required to succeed in this challenging role.
Responsibilities also include execution of tasks such as ductwork movement, electrical cables management, and facility qualification, as well as involvement in FATs, SATs, and new WFI tank installation.
Requirements for the role include 3+ years experience in Engineering or Commissioning and Qualification Management, technical qualification at third level or equivalent in Engineering, and extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience managing Commissioning and Knowledge of safety, GMP and environmental regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes, and a strong understanding of a risk-based approach to commissioning and qualification within the biotechnology industry.
This contract role offers an hourly rate of €60-€70 per hour, with a minimum 12 month contract and strong possibility of extension.
