A growing, multi-site retail business is seeking an experienced
Group HR Manager / People & Culture Business Partner
to lead its people agenda across stores and head office.
This is a senior, hands-on role with real influence, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with leaders while shaping culture, capability and engagement.
The Role
Lead and embed the People & Culture strategy across the business
Drive engagement, retention and leadership capability initiatives
Partner with senior leaders to deliver practical, commercial HR solutions
Own talent management, succession planning and performance frameworks
Design and roll out group-wide HR and people programmes
Support high-performing, values-led teams across site and head office
About You
Strong HR experience within retail or hospitality, ideally multi-site
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR or HR Business Partner role
Graduate CIPD qualified with solid knowledge of Irish employment law
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel
