Project Manager West Dublin - Dublin 15 €100,000 €110,000 + Package Lead delivery of a residential apartment development in West Dublin Hands-on site leadership role overseeing a concrete frame and SFS infill construction programme Background The role is with an established residential developer delivering a large-scale apartment development in West Dublin. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of on-site delivery. This is a senior leadership role where you will have the opportunity to: Lead a high-performing site team including a leading developer/senior engineer Drive programme certainty and quality across a concrete frame and SFS infill scheme Manage subcontractor and supply chain performance from mobilisation through to handover Responsibilities Take full ownership of on-site delivery of a residential apartment development in West Dublin Lead and mentor a site team including a leading developer and site engineers Manage the concrete frame and SFS infill programme, ensuring sequencing, quality, and safety standards are maintained Coordinate with design consultants to resolve technical queries and manage RFIs efficiently Oversee subcontractor procurement, management, and performance on site Monitor and report on programme, cost, and quality to senior management Ensure statutory compliance including health & safety, building control, and sign-off milestones Manage site logistics, materials, and interfaces between structural and faade packages Drive handover readiness and snagging processes in line with contractual obligations Liaise with the client, design team, and statutory bodies throughout the project lifecycle Key Skills Required Proven experience as a Project Manager on medium to large-scale residential apartment schemes (essential) Strong technical knowledge of concrete frame construction and SFS infill faade systems Demonstrated ability to lead and develop site teams Commercially aware with strong understanding of programme management and cost control Familiar with Irish building regulations, BCAR, and statutory sign-off processes Highly organised with excellent communication skills across multidisciplinary teams Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive performance on a busy residential site Skills: Project Management Concrete Frame Apartment Benefits: Company Vehicle
