The HSEQ Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business in maintaining and continuously improving Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) systems across workshops and construction sites. This role involves coordination, compliance, documentation, and monitoring to ensure the company meets legal obligations, certification requirements, and client standards.

1. Safety Assist in implementing and maintaining the company Health & Safety system in line with legal requirements.
2. Support site teams with safety documentation including RAMS, permits toolbox talks inductions assist incident reporting ensures records are up-to-date monitor PPE issuance records support investigations corrective actions environmental inspections audits maintain accident registers certifications training records waste segregation spill prevention chemical storage energy use monitors pollution controls implement waste reduction plans Compliance maintenance controlled documents procedures forms processes Support management tracking of deadlines renewals related certifications training inspection permits generate reports performance KPIs Benefits Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency digital document control knowledge understanding health safety environment quality disciplines engineering environments possession full driving licence required preferred experience HSEQ administrative roles ISO certifications
