Junior IT Technician
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior IT Technician to join our team at Temple Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with hardware and software upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to our operations.
* Collaborate on network and telephony system upgrades, leveraging your technical expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.
* Maintain and create comprehensive IT documentation, guaranteeing easy access to information for all stakeholders.
* Support the planning and execution of IT infrastructure upgrades, prioritizing reliability and scalability.
* Provide proactive assistance to IT developers, addressing their project needs and deployments promptly and effectively.
* Offer expert support to the IT Manager and Operations Manager, working closely together to resolve complex issues.
* Prominently assist end-users in resolving desktop, hardware, and software-related problems, ensuring prompt resolutions and excellent customer satisfaction.
* Participate in the deployment of new technologies and systems, driving digital transformation and continuous improvement within the company.
* Take ownership of escalated issues, persevering until they are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
* Furnish clear, concise reports on issue status to the IT Manager, facilitating informed decision-making and effective issue management.
* Update internal software daily, including product structures and prices, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
* Design and generate Excel reports, pivots, and dashboards to enhance data-driven insights and streamline communication across departments.
* Monitor internal projects, identifying potential deviations from budget, program, or delivery objectives, and reporting these findings to the Operations Manager.
* Engage in various ad-hoc matters as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities.
