As we continue to expand, we are seeking an BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERto play a pivotal role in driving our growth.
They will have a commercial strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and ideally a successful track record in business development.
The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER will proactively engage with local authorities across Ireland for new site development; they will manage an existing network of contracts including retail and private individuals.
They will seek new sites and opportunities for acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: Negotiate, secure and manage a diverse portfolio of contracts across public and private sectors ensuring delivery of contractual commitments and delivery of business objectives Identify, pursue, and secure contracts across a range of business partners and property-owners in both public and private sectors Develop proposals and handle development negotiations to meet client needs Present and engage with a broad range of stakeholders (across public and private sectors) Represent BMO Ireland at events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
Role Requirements: Ability to negotiate and successfully secure contracts; ideally experience gained within a commercial development role Ability to successfully work to targets and drive growth with strategic awareness Experience of tracking and reporting on business development activities and performance metrics Ability to form successful client and partner relationships with strong communication skills Commercially astute and results driven Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365; computer literate Qualification in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field desirable Full driving licence is essential (travel within Ireland is key requirement for role; flexibility to travel is essential to fulfil role).
