About DeepBlue OS
DeepBlue OS is the Agentic AI Operating System built in Bristol. We run autonomous voice, SMS, email and WhatsApp communications for enterprise customers — deterministic, auditable, and built for regulated industries. Our Glass Box Architecture is what enterprise buys.
In 2026 we're rolling internationally. Tier 1 markets are Ireland, Australia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. The Country Manager is the first and only DeepBlue hire in‑market — a solo operator who owns the full commercial picture, supported by the Global GTM Lead in Bristol.
The role
This is a builder role, not a manager role. The Country Manager owns one market’s P&L from day one: partner acquisition, agency network, revenue, and market intelligence. There is no in‑country team — full team setup follows only after market traction is proven at the 6‑month gate. The Country Manager reports directly to the Global GTM Lead.
The entry model is Deel EOR on Day 1. At month 6, if commercial gates are met, Narwhal incorporates a local entity and opens a Regus office. The Country Manager transitions from solo operator to team lead at that point.
The Narwhal expansion playbook
Identify
Pick the one anchor partner whose distribution gives you bulk account volume (telco, MSP, trades platform).
Prove
Land them, white‑label DeepBlue OS under their brand, process real volume.
Scale
Layer 5–10 local agencies on top of the anchor, open direct sign‑ups, build vertical case studies.
Move
Hand the steady‑state to a scaled team, take the learnings to the next vertical or country.
What you own
Revenue for your market — from day one, with uncapped accelerators on channel revenue
Anchor partner acquisition — the one deal that makes the whole market viable. You identify, qualify, pitch, and close it solo
Local agency network — recruited, enabled, and supported. 5–10 agencies operating by month 12
Market intelligence — regulation, competition, partner moves — fed back to the Global GTM Lead weekly via Close CRM and Slack
In‑country presence — trade events, industry associations, press, private C‑suite dinners. You are DeepBlue in this market
6‑month gate readiness — you own all the conditions that determine whether Narwhal commits to a permanent entity and office
Who we're looking for
Essential
8–12 years B2B channel or enterprise sales in your target market (Ireland: 7–10 years)
Deep network at Director level or above inside one of: the dominant telco, a major trades/services platform, or a leading MSP
Proven track record closing 6- and 7‑figure partnerships — not account management
Self‑directed solo operator — comfortable with a remote HQ and no in‑country support team
Commercially sharp: unit economics, pricing models, building a business case for a technical product
Advantageous
Experience in AI, SaaS, communications technology, or platform/marketplace businesses
Experience with white‑label or channel distribution models
Track record building a market from scratch, not inheriting an established territory
Market‑specific requirements
Ireland — Irish or EU right to work required. Network in Vodafone Ireland Business, eir evo, or Irish SMB SaaS channel
What you get
Uncapped commission on partner and channel revenue, with accelerators on volume milestones
Full DeepBlue OS product training and Bristol onboarding in week one
Quarterly travel to Bristol HQ for SLT leadership off‑sites — flights and accommodation covered
Close CRM access, Cognism B2B data, and the full Bristol commercial infrastructure from day one
Direct line to the Global GTM Lead and CEO — no middle management
We don't run long recruitment processes. If you're right for this role, you'll speak to the Global GTM Lead within five working days. No recruiters - thank you.
