Position: Drive Thru Assistant
Hours: Full-time / Part-time (Flexibility required)
Job Purpose
As a Drive Thru Assistant, you will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to our customers through the Drive Thru. You will work closely with the team to ensure food quality, order accuracy, and excellent customer experience at all times, following Supermac's standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver friendly and efficient service to all Drive Thru customers
* Take customer orders accurately using the Drive Thru system
* Prepare, pack, and hand out orders quickly and correctly
* Ensure speed of service targets are met, especially during busy periods
* Handle cash and card payments following company procedures
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Drive Thru area
* Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
* Wear correct uniform and maintain professional appearance
* Support the team in other areas when required
