Job Description
An Office/ Sales Manager is required to join our Dublin based client – a market leader in the provision of electro - mechanical repair services and solutions to the industrial and utilities sector. This role requires a confident and technically competent professional with a background in Sales and a strong working knowledge of Electric Motors, Pumps, and related equipment.
Role of this position
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Dublin Office, ensuring efficiency, safety, and professional standards at all times.
* Lead customer-facing activities including order processing, quoting, and account management.
* Provide technical sales support, offering informed solutions and recommendations to customers regarding electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, and associated equipment.
* Liaise with our engineering and workshop teams in our Cork base to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
* Drive local business development initiatives and support the wider commercial strategy of the company.
* Maintain high levels of organisation, team morale, and administrative accuracy
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in an Office Manager or Sales Support role within an Industrial or Engineering environment.
* Strong technical understanding of Electric Motors, Pumps, and Electro-Mechanical Equipment is essential.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with a proactive approach to customer service and sales.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a small, dynamic team.
* Proficiency with standard office software and experience with Microsoft Dynamics - ERP/CRM systems preferred.
