Job Title: Financial Accountant
About the Role:
We are seeking a newly qualified Financial Accountant to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, managing cash flow, and providing financial analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with local compliance partners on tax and statutory filings.
* Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage general ledger postings, reconciliations, and journal entries.
* Support the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and preparing necessary schedules.
* Maintain and improve internal controls, ensuring adherence to company policies.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Work with the financial controller on acquisition accounting and due diligence.
* Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decisions.
Person Specification:
* Newly qualified Accountant with good organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
* Proven track record of strong work ethic and problem solving.
* Effective communicator able to communicate internally and externally.
* Team player able to work independently and collaboratively.
