Regional Sales Leader
We've partnered with an award-winning engineering company specialising in bespoke solutions for the bioprocessing, biopharmaceutical, and clean-room industries.
With over 30 years of experience, they design and manufacture custom products, serving leading global pharma and biotech clients.
Due to their continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to spearhead international growth and strengthen partnerships across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a high-performing regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and growth targets in the bioprocessing sector.
2. Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders across diverse geographies.
3. Represent us at high-profile industry events, trade shows, and conferences, positioning us as a leader in bespoke bioprocessing solutions.
4. Work closely with in-house engineering teams to design and present tailored, value-added solutions that meet complex client needs.
5. Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and tracking of performance metrics to maximise conversion and profitability.
Requirements:
* 6+ years in B2B sales or business development in engineering or technical services.
* Experience in bioprocessing is highly desirable.
* Experience in biotech, life sciences, or pharma manufacturing is a strong plus.
* Proven success in EMEA markets.
* Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Comfortable with regular travel to other countries.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
