Equipment Maintenance Specialist
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy-industry maintenance and hold a time-served qualification as a Mechanical Fitter.
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Perform routine and predictive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure.
* Respond promptly to mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement fabrication or modification plans for parts, including milling, turning, and welding operations, to support plant upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
