Key Responsibilities
1. Support customers through various communication channels, including email, fax, and telephone.
2. Process orders and resolve any processing issues reported by customers.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of data on SAP and maintain awareness of product information, inventory levels, and promotions.
