We are seeking an experienced EHS leader to oversee the development and implementation of our safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all EHS activities across multiple locations, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management.
* Maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Identify and manage High-Risk Activities (HRAs) across our operations, promoting a culture of safety excellence.
* Develop and deliver training programs, including RAMS, SOPs, toolbox talks and safety alerts.
* Conduct thorough incident investigations and implement corrective actions, driving continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in EHS leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with all stakeholders. A degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety is essential, along with relevant experience in construction, engineering or industrial EHS roles.
Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
* 35 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering or industrial EHS roles.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all stakeholders.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Share Point.
* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
* People-first mindset and coaching approach to team management.
