Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the HR function, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Enhance internal HR systems and ensure the smooth operation of the HRIS.
- Guide employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Drive training, development, and CPD programmes.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years experience in a senior HR leadership role in a professional services environment.
- 3rd-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- CIPD accreditation required.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A solutions-driven approach with a positive, proactive attitude.
