About the Role
This position is part of a hybrid team, with 2 days spent on-site in Waterford. At the forefront of digital construction, we deliver cutting-edge BIM solutions across Europe.
Our projects span data centres, pharmaceuticals, and large-scale residential developments, where we continually push the boundaries of innovation in the AEC industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the creation and development of Revit models across various project types.
* Collaborate with senior team members to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
* Apply company BIM standards and workflows in day-to-day tasks.
* Assist in updating families, sheets, and schedules as required.
* Work under guidance to implement redlines and client markups.
* Stay informed on emerging BIM technologies, workflows, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the AEC industry.
* Bachelors degree in architectural technology, Architecture, M&E Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Proficiency in Revit and a working knowledge of ISO19650 principles and modelling best practices.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to challenges.
* Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience with Navisworks or model coordination.
* Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM Collaborate Pro, or CDEs.
* Previous experience working on data centres, pharma, or large residential projects.
* Certification or accreditation in BIM.
* Experience creating and managing complex Revit families and advanced Revit features.
